Shipping & Returns

Within Lagos

Bronze Delivery

Products will be delivered between 1-3 working days (excluding public holidays).

Silver Delivery

Products will be delivered next working day before close of business (orders must be completed before 12pm).

Gold Delivery

Products will be delivered same day of order before end of business (order must have been completed before 12pm otherwise ot will be delivered the next day).

Outside Lagos

Shipping fees will be given upon enquiry.
Products will normally be delivered between 3-5 working days.
Orders are normally processed via our trusted logistic partner GIG logistics within 48hrs of completed order.
A shipment conformation email with a tracking no will be sent to you once your order is dispatched.
Orders completed without payment for shipping will be held at our head office for collection.

International

Shipping fees will be given upon enquiry.
Shipping costs for international deliveries will be advised upon enquiry and after conformation from our logistics partner DHL.
Impact Perfumes will not be responsible for import duties or taxes in the receiving countries.

Online Return Policy

You may return any unopened products in its original condition, including original sealed packaging within 10 days of invoice date and you will receive a full refund, less shipping and gift-wrapping charges.  

 

In the event of a refund on a purchase that received a free gift, the gift must be returned as well and must be in good condition to qualify for a full refund.  

 

Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undeliverable, unclaimed and packages that are refused. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. The only exception to this is if we have made a shipping error. 

 

Returns may only be shipped directly to our head office at the address at the bottom of the website .

We do not accept online returns to our Retail locations at any time. 

 

Returns will be processed and refunds will be issued within 1-2 weeks of receipt. 

 

All products are subject to inspection by Impact Perfumes staff. Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be returned to customer or destroyed upon request.

In-Store Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Impact Perfumes will gladly exchange or replace a product if it becomes necessary.  

The merchandise must be returned to one of our stores within 3 days of being purchased and be unopened\unused with the original receipt.
